Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a one finger white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of lightly grainy biscuit malt and grassy hops, a hint of lemon. Flavor is mellow, semi-sweet biscuit malt, grassy hops. Finishes with light, dry grassy hops and mildly sweet biscuit malt. Medium bodied with a slight creaminess that is much appreciated. An understated, but nicely balanced light pilsner. The malt body is reminiscent of an adjunct lager, but the overall taste is like a hybrid between an adjunct lager and a very light pilsner. Not up to German pilsner standards, but nice tasting and refreshing, mellower, but faithful hops for the style. One of the better light Mexican lagers.

This is one of the better beers from Mexico. Pours a slightly darker golden color, with a finger of off white head. The is a slight hint of lemon on the finish. Depending on the glass used will determine the amount of lacing. Overall worth a try.

Pours a clear pale yellow. Smells of malts, zest, and some grass. Tastes of malt, pepper, and grass. Medium-light body and carbonation. Overall it's a good beer, better than many other mass produced Mexican beers.

I've been drinking Mexican beer for 46 years. I recall that Bohemia is often highly rated. I like the other beers from this brewery, but to me, this stuff is burro urine. Of course it's very drinkable on hot days when you're out of another awful Mexibeer such as Sol.

It looks like beer, it smells like beer, sort of, but its taste is weak....not even a nice amount of fresh lime helps much....but it does feel like beer....That its ABV is 5.3% vs the 4.5% of most Mexican beers is a good thing. The bottles are attractive.

I've visited Cabo for a week in December at least 15 times. I like this beer better down there, but then I'm on vacation. My acceptable Mexican beers include the dreaded Tecate, Modelo Especial (yum), Pacifico, both Dos Equis, Indio, Negra Modello (no I'm not going for the new name)....and yes, I will drink Cabrona, but I try not to jump on that if I have a choice....La Victoria....ahhhh that free happy hour at the Hyatt Cancun Caribe....last but not least Carta Blanca....

It's hot here in the Hollywood Hills..... I'm going upstairs for a cold Warsteiner...jah!

My favorite Mexican beer, so far. A lot of character, a lot of flavor, an incredible beer to pop open on a hot day.

Has vaguely heard of Bohemia beers, but the Gellar’s left it with a bunch of others after my daughter’s fourth birthday party. Beer Advocate calls it a German Pilsner. Going with that. Not expecting much.

Poured a light yellow clear color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Lots of bubble streams coming up from the bottom of the glass as expected. Decent watery foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.00)

Smelled usual notes of grass, hay, sweet corn, wheat, honey, cereal and bread. Really good though, true to the style. (Smell - 4.00)

Tasted not nearly as good as the smell, but still decent. Got hay, corn, honey wheat, grass, cereal, sourdough bread and spoiled grapes. There was also a slight peppery spice lingering on the palate. (Taste - 3.25)

Light body. Thin texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Abrupt, slightly spicy finish. (Feel – 3.25)

Wow, I was scared early on that this was going to be good. It was not, but it was decent. (Overall - 3.25)

I went into it with low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised! Pours clear bright yellow with a thin head that dissipates fast. I couldn't get much of a head on a fairly aggressive pour. Aroma is subtle and not unpleasant, mild hops and distant corn and fermented grains. The taste was surprisingly good with a balance of bready biscuity malt and hops, with some grain and milled corn in there for sure but nothing unpleasant. Mouthfeel is light bodied but not watery, with medium carbonation. Finished clean and dry. Overall a very drinkable beer.
