A: Crystal Yellow, decent foamy head with good retention;

S: Strong mix of rotten corn and hydrochloric acid, extremely offensive and unpleasant;

T: Corn syrup and carbonation;

M: Fizzy, sour and medium body;

D: Probably the worst beer from CCM, the more you drink it tastes worst.

CB is essentially a pale, almost tasteless beverage that smells stale. It leaves a musty aftertaste. Little carbonation and a few bubbles for a head.
Forty years ago, Carta Blanca was a passable beer, available nationwide in Mexico, and sponsor of many sporting events. Since then, it has been reduced to essentially a regional brand targeted toward the Mexican Northeast.
Since then, CB has taken a backseat to other products made by Cuauhtemoc such as Dos Equis, Tecate, Tecate Light, Bohemia, Sol and even Indio.
I have noticed that Carta Blanca is far more common at soccer matches and sleazy bars. This is not an exaggeration.
Beyond that, CB really has two practical uses. We have used it for cooking, namely in borracho beans and slow-cooked beef. Beyond that, I suppose you can use CB to put out a small fire.
