12 oz. bottle poured into pilsener
(best-by April 2018)

L: clear pale yellow, hard pour pushes up huge head, almost 2 inches tall and sticky ... the lacing off the head is pure art; laces on the way down off a full collar and skin

S: dusty yeast, grain, sour grain, lemon peel

T: fruity sweet, peach, grain, slight bit of lemon; the malt sweetness almost reaches breadiness; can taste just a bit watered at down at times, flavors all very light

F: classic light and crisp combo with loads of carbonation left over after the hard pour; holds up to large quaffing really well, doesn't taste too medicinal

O: surprising amount of barley malt presence and at times very tasty; flavors can sort of dial themselves in and out, and when they're out it's no better than average ... when those flavors hit right, though, it's super tasty

Horrible. This is a beverage for those who hate beer. A Mexican version of Old Milwaukee, or some such low flavor swill.

Those who hate Macro brews should train their sites on this stuff, rather than venting on decent, genuine American style lagers.

What you get here is a sweet, low-flavor, no-hops, cloying, cheap, can-of-creamed-corn sensation with a really strange finish that tastes suspiciously like those old, 1990-era "dry" beers.

Awful. Don't waste your money, your time, or your health on this crap.

12 oz bottle. This is the best Mexican beer I’ve yet to rank on here. No skunk aroma like many of the cervezas from this country. Not bad flavor. Not all that great, but better than most of the beers from this country.

From the can, it pours a golden color with a modest head that lasts for only a short time. Grainy scent in the nose. The mouth gets a grainy sweetish malt flavor. Drink it cold for best enjoyment - mine was a bit warm.

This isn't a horrible beer by adjunct standards. While the aroma is not inviting, the taste is decent, hinting of corn. Not much lingers going down, which might be a good thing.

A; crystal clear; very pale gold; less than a 1 finger white head that receded quickly to a thin collar; very little lacing;

S: grain;

T: grain; a bit of sweet malt up front; a mild bitterness on the finish;

M: light to medium bodied; moderate carbonation;

O: not offensive, but not interesting either;

This is a beer that is kinda hard to classify-- it is not a light beer, yet it is only 120 calories and has a very light feel to it. This is what to drink if you want something better than the lights (bud, miller, coors) but is just as light bodied and tastes good.
