24oz can, best by February 2024

On the pour 2 fingers of fizzy jead formed on top of a lightly hazy, but mostly clear, straw colored body. The head dates to nothing relatively quickly.

Smell is corny and limey, but a bit off with a slight skunk and pond stink. A bit too sweet for me.

The flavor brings in some decently strong and tart lime flavor, but the salt is clearly lacking. The corn flavor comes in strong at the end and is quite sweet.

The feel is chuggable and a bit refreshing, bit is nothing to write home about. Solid I guess.

Overall, it's better than Dos Equis lime & salt but worse than the Modelo Limon y Sal chelada.

Pale yellow with a small white head.

Smells of salt water and lemon. Slight scent of corn. No real hop scent.

Starts out Mexican beer with salt and lemon. Soda cracker malt taste. THat is about it.

Mouthfeel is light.

Overall sort of a Meh beer. There is a reason why I prefer Modelo.

Poured from 12oz can into a glass goblet.

Appearance: light golden hue with a haze-free body and a light effervescence. Head quickly dissipated into nothing. Not great.

Smell: a whack of artificial lime and a bit of sweet malt. Not a fan at all.

Taste: artificial lime, a light hint of weak malt flavor, and a bit too much salt. There might be a way to do a salt and lime beer, but this ain't it. Bleh.

Mouthfeel: light body with plenty of carbonation. Par for the style.

Overall: I'm not a fan of this beer. It's not drain-pour undrinkable, but I'll not be buying it again.

Can of 355 ml. Another one the head of which disappears completely before you set your can down. Colour is bright golden yellow, and there is a small amount of bubbles in the glass.
Aroma is mostly of lime.
Taste is accuratelly described on the can, lime and salt, more salty than sour.
Dry on the palate, mostly because of the salt, and thin bodied. Carbonation is light.
Overall, too salty for me.

Look: Very bright yellow which highlights a lot in my mug, poor foamy head; Smell: Lemon, slightly medicine but acceptable; Taste: Sweet malt with lemon and salt; Mouthfeel: Bitter, watery, light body, extreme carbonation; Drinkability: Has too much salt, very good to accompany "Sabritas" or peanuts but if you drink more than two palls.

Appearance: Pours a clear, translucent body with just a minute tinge of yellow with a very thin, uninviting white head.

Smell: The twangy nose is lime fresh! No good can come of this.

Taste: Faint, shamefaced malts hidden beneath a heady layer of table salt and terrible tasting artificial citrus additives. Just a blip of bitterness, perhaps it's just imagined. Prolonged salt and lime combo until the merciful finish.

Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Medium-light carbonation.

Drinkability: No, thank you. My accompanying beer snacks already have my daily sodium content through the roof!
