Pours a very dark brown with fine, high tan head.
Smell is malty with notes of chocolate, coffee, leather and Digestive biscuits.
Taste is roasty and malty with some sweetness to it. Notes of dark chocolate, leather, biscuits and a soft bitterness. A hint of smoked meat on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Schwarzbier.
