Really nice and funky on the nose. Taste is a good blended balance of funk, moderate sour and sweetness with a moderate dry finish. Recommend, this is a well made wild ale.

Jan 2019. Dang, very nice- pretty heavy on the Hill Farmstead influence. Clear bodied, crisp lemon and mild funk, slight lactate, dry pinot gris, mild citrusy sweetness.

This one pours a bright golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like oak, white wine, peach, stone fruit in general, grape skin, and musty funk.
This is super promising for a new brewery tackling complex styles. The citrusy funk feels well-developed already, with a bit of must, and lots of citrus/stone fruit type flavors. There's a bit of wine-like acidity, soft, and not super sour, along with a touch of oak.
This is light bodied, and very clean, with a pretty low level of acidity, and a high drinkability.
This brewery really needs to be watched - I can tell they're gonna keep getting better and better.

aroma is meyer lemon, slightly acidic, soft grains, wet earth.
palate is candied lemon, white wine, drippy vanilla, under ripe peach, starburst, slightly musty cherry skin, soft vanilla, bright grassyness, floral and slightly herbal quality, green apple, mellow funk, minerality, slight vinegar quality, light spice, slightly musty, earthy, grains, its very fluffy, airy almost.

750 ml. bottle.
Brewed January, 2019.
Bottled 08/23/2019.
Moderate pour yields a nearly one inch creamy white head over a slightly hazy, straw colored body with sticky lacing. Nose of slight funk, citrus, and a bit of floral/herbal thing going on as well. Taste mirrors nose very nicely with a smooth, well balanced experience throughout and finishing with a medium, citrus tartness. Nice feel and overall, a real pleasure to drink. Cheers to Lillian for another stellar offering!
