Brewed in collaboration with our homies at Crooked Crab as part of a set (Crockett and Tubbs) that is meant to drink each solo, as well as blend the two to make the beer version of a Miami Vice cocktail.
The base is an amped up version of our heavily fruited sour ipa series, which then took on a huge dry hopping of Sabro Cryo and Kohatu hops to create a tropical/coconut hop forward character. Then after conditioning on absurd amounts of flaked coconut, we transferred it onto gobs of juicy pineapple puree. After a quick toned down house ice cream treatment, we came on what we thought to be an amazing hop forward pina colada experience.

16 oz can split split with my wife (and some combined with Tubbs). Pours a murky yellow with lots of coconut floaties. Aroma is coconut with vanilla and some sweet pineapple. Not something I'd want to drink a full 16 oz, but overall it's a soli Pina Colada imitation.
