Pours clear, gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is bubblegum, green apple, and wheat. Light bodied, high carbonation and sweet. Not a fan of this beer. Tastes like a Belgian/German hybrid. Just did not come together as a hefe.

From the bomber in a snifter. This decent hefe pours a nice pale amber tinged
straw color with a nice head of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin light pool,
and shows some light lacing. Nose of sweet wheat, bubblegum, light clove, honey,
and subtle light hop notes with banana. Flavors fulfill the need of a good hefeweizen with
soft wheat on all sides, light creaminess mingling with bubblegum and subtle clove
and banana notes abounding with faint cracker and light herbal hops. Very nice mouth feel;
medium body, medium light carbonation, and a lightly sweet honey and wheat touched finish.
Overall, a solid hefe that should please most out there looking for a good one to try from
Germany.
Cheers

Poured into a weizen glass. Pours a hazy medium golden amber with a fine three finger white head with good retention and thick lacing. Aroma of wheat, lemon, overripe banana and light stone fruit (which is odd for a hefeweizen). Flavor is wheat, lemon, hints of caramel, banana and clove; slight grassy hops in the finish. Medium bodied with a robust light to moderate creaminess. An odd hefeweizen with some interesting and unexpected flavors that actually tasted good with the wheat. The stone fruit notes in the aroma may have been related to the caramel flavor in the taste, both were atypical of the style and added some interest to the pure wheat body. Banana is present, but tastes over-ripe. Although not to style, and unlike some of the classic hefeweizens out there, this tasted pretty good with the sweeter malt flavors fitting in well with the wheat. Interesting and refreshing.

Interesting taste, but not enough intensity, pleasant smell, but it is not enough, there is a finish, but it is not very long. In short a good beer, but a lot but !!!

Bottle from mixed case from Edeka-Ramstein. More bubble gum than banana in this one, Sweetness is a little off putting. Normal look and feel, but taste is just wrong.

Wheat beer, brewed by the Bayerische Reinheitsgebot.
0.5 l bottle.
Poured entirely, it looks murky brown, not 'clear', like the label suggests. Beige head, thin, but good lacing.
Very faint smell of citrus. Very faint smell of banana bread.
Taste of white bread and cookies, a bit yeasty, but no banana, some citric notes, but mainly grassy hops, initially all very faint, but with a little patience, this beer does come to life.
Mouthfeel is quite watery. Even though the flavours are faint, the alcohol is hardly noticable either.
Overall, this is a clean, clear beer. It has you searching for something, and then it gives a very little bit of it.
Hard to categorize, hard to sample.
