This is a kettle sour (American Wild Ale) made with with pink guava, pineapple and passion fruit. There is no wheat in it, and it does not taste, smell or look anything like a Berliner Weiss.

Falls into the glass a light yellow with loads of carbonation and a fluffy white foam of head floating ever so gracefully on top. There is a strong aroma of guava and citrus. This is a fruited sour beer, with guava following through to the predominant taste, a brief touch of passion fruit followed at the end of pineapple. The sour tropical citrus taste is the characteristic of note here. Tasty.

Murky dark gold with a huge off-white head. Super tropical vibes here: pink guava, pineapple and passion indeed star in smell and taste, but also get mango and lime too. Taste is much more sour than the nose, crazy sour and slightly acidic, it tastes so good but get the tums ready. Feel is obviously sour and slightly acidic but very juicy and bright too, lets the fruits shine fully. Would be ideal on a hot summer afternoon

16oz can from Tavour. Yellow/golden pour, flat, cloudy. Fruity aroma, tropical, guava. Taste introduces the tartness, nicely aligned with sweetness to have a perfect balance. A bit drying on the gums.

A: The beer is rather hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and eventually completely fading away.
S: Moderate aromas of guava are present in the nose along with hints of pineapple.
T: The taste follows the smell and is dominated by flavors of guava along with hints of pineapple and a bit of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, juicy and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is packed with lots of aromas and flavors of guava and seems like it could be a fruit drink if not for the light amount of sourness.
Serving type: can

Pours a hazy golden with a white head that dissipates quickly. It has a wheaty sour smell with hints of pineapple and general tropical undertones. the taste follows the smell but has a bigger malt presence than expected. It's very lightly carbonated with fine bubbles making it very satisfying to sip. Overall pretty good.

10oz pour at Union 32, a very underrated brewpub. The description of the beer made me laugh
Very sour stuff, great fruit flavor, like guava nectar with a natural tropical juice streak that isn't too sweet but is just too thin and plain. no head, looks like orangy piss.
This just needed a little more guava flavor and it'd be a favorite

Pours a mostly clear golden color with a thin white head. Smell has ripe tart fruit smell. Taste was tart with fruit slight funk in finish. Moth feel had a medium carbonation and a dry finish.
