Notes:
This silky, 12 percent alcohol by volume, Café Con Miel-style Imperial Stout goes down like a dessert fever dream, laden with rich, whole bean Madagascar vanilla, ample amounts of fragrant cinnamon, and smooth, potent UP Coffee Roasters Lotus espresso. Like its namesake, it won't be around for long.

Very dark with a slow to form but thick & long lasting tan head. Very nice fragrance: vanilla, cinnamon & espresso. All the promised flavors a ther along with roasted malt. Pleasantly sweet, no bitterness, no hint of alcohol. Thick & silky smooth, excellent mouthfeel. Overall: an excellent dessert stout.

A delicious, super drinkable big stout. Thick and sticky on the sides of my glass. Nice head
Light lacing. Nose is great. Coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, all tease my nostrils. Taste really brings it all home. The vanilla and coffee enhance the great malts in the body. The cinnamon supplements the hops perfectly. Sweet malt, lovely flavors building to a crescendo of stout-ty goodness. Great smooth feel with velvety carbonation. Thick and rich in my mouth. With all that, it's way too easy to drink.

Pours a dense mahogany color with a tan head. Smell and taste is chocolate, vanilla nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mouth feel is thick and delicious with the added adjuncts, very nicely done.

I find myself favorably reminded of Forager's Pudding Goggles - Shaky Hands very much makes me think of the vanilla, pudding, and light cinnamon in that other great Minnesota beer. The taste and mouthfeel are remarkably similar, even down to the nose. I'm quite happy with this baby - adjunct bomb, as advertised. Nice thick body from an undoubtedly long boil, good head, nice lacing.
Falling Knife has a bright future. I sincerely hope that they survive this economic downturn - I'll definitely be doing my part to help them out.
