Orangie in color and crystal clear. Small frothy head.

Smells strongly of sweet hops and malt, like only german beer's can.

It tastes better than similar beers I've tried. I'm not fan of this style, but this one is ok. The sweetness is mild and is fitting for the flavor.

Overall pretty good for this type of beer, but not my style.

Pours very clear a bit pale yellow/golden with strings of small carbonation bubbles rising fast, foamy head recedes to white patches quite soon. Aroma is clean herbal malt, even a bit sweet.

Taste is similar, clean malt with herbal hops, towards the finish boiled vegetables with soap start setting in and it all results in not that pleasant grainy malt aftertaste. Some light sugary residues on the lips. Mouthfeel is light with moderate carbonation.

Overall, quite average Marzen. Definitely not worth the price (1.19 eur in German supermarket), bought it only because of the label and would not buy it again.

BB 04-04-06. Nice and forever lasting white head and a clear and beautifull golden beercollor. Very clean and great nose giving fine and lots of fresh pale malts and that with a great hopnose Hallertau style. Woww what a thick but clean taste with it; geat matlyness with litle restsweetness and clean and moderate dosed bitterness. Except the alcohol less infuence of yeast in nose and taste. just cristal clear and clean taste but also mouthfeel. Yes this is IMO a great export bavarian style and IMO highly recommended.

A: Pale orange hue, translucent appearance. presents half foaming on the head with low bubble carbonation.

S: Good fruity aroma and floral with a hint of recently baked . it has a good bitter finish with hints of honey that does not dry the palate, is refreshing.

T: With a small acid feeling in the beginning and all aromas present on the flavour
