16 oz can.
Pours a hazy fuchsia-pink color with a large sudsy pink-white head. Excellent head retention. Leaves a significant crown of lacing along the top of the glass.
The aroma brings notes of raspberry, fresh plum, orange marmalade, and lemon. Lots of doughy malt present.
The flavor is nicely tart, but not overly so. Notes of fresh raspberries, plum, orange marmalade, lemonade, and a strong bready malt backbone.
The feel is medium-light bodied with moderately high carbonation. Pillowy soft, fluffy and creamy. Finishes dry.
Overall, this a great Berliner sour. The flavor is so bright and fruity, yet has a substantial malt presence. Absurd drinkability.

From a 16oz can, undated, purchased at the brewery 10/03/20. Served in a fancy tulip.
Pours an opaque milky-lavender color with about a half-finger of fizzy pink foam. Head holds for all of a few seconds before collapsing into some sparse fizz and bubbles.
Smell is slightly sharp, earthy and mildly tart. I would have guessed raspberry lemonade except, you know, it says ‘di plum’ on the can.
Taste is juicy and quenching, tart but not sour, juicy berry-like brightness. Fruity, raspberry, lemon juice, strawberry, concord grape juice and, I know this, because it says so on the can, plum.
Feel is juice-box juicy, medium-thick bodied maybe relative to the style but bright sparkly carbonation keeps it light.
Overall, I keep saying I don’t like sours but I guess I have to admit it’s more in principle than in practice. Besides, this isn’t really ‘sour,’ only sort of tart. Tasty stuff.

Can from the brewery.
Pours a hazy light purple/orange color with a bubbly white head that has a hint of pink in it. Lots of juicy plum and berries on the nose and in the flavor. Lemony tartness is light to moderate. Pretty tasty tart smoothie.
