16 oz can.
Pours an opaque pale golden color with a 2 finger effervescent white head. The head has great retention. Leaves a halo of cobweb lacing around the top of the glass.
The aroma brings lots of fresh pineapple, as well as mango, melon, orange creamsicle, candied peach rings, and herbaceous dank hops.
The flavor follows the nose: Lots of pineapple with some overripe mango, fresh melon, orange, grapefruit pith and peach candy, finished by an herbal, dank "grassy" character.
The feel is medium-full bodied with very low carbonation. Pillowy soft, smooth and creamy with a dry finish. Unfairly drinkable.
Overall, this is a fantastic NEIPA that beautifully showcases the Galaxy hop. Modestman are making the best NEIPA's in New Hampshire without question, and their beers hold up to the absolute greats of New England. Never sleep on this brewery.

[IMG] Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass never sure when it was canned, with in the month? Pours a hazy yellow orange with a finger plus sticky white that leaves thick streaks of lace with amazing retention. 4.75
Aroma is mandarin, gonja, guava, cantaloupe, passionfruit, mango, and apricot. 4.5
Taste follows mandarin, guava, cantaloupe, mango, passionfruit, and apricot.4.5
Mouthfeel is bigger than medium, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8.5% ABV it goes real easy. 4.75
Overall this is pretty impressive stuff. I highly recommend. 4.5

I don't even know how to critique some of these as they are as close to perfection of the NE(D)IPA style I can imagine. Perhaps, and only barely perhaps this one is a touch hot? As always, it flies down the throat... way too easy drinking. Looks, smells, tastes, and feels just amazing.

From a 32oz growler, filled at the brewery, oh… just about an hour ago. Served in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours a murky, milky, dull orange-gold with two-plus fingers of pouffy, whipped foam. Retention is very good, leaving a thick, creamy cap and bubbly wads of sticky lacing.
Aroma is weedy and dope-like and thick with pineapple juice.
Taste is in line with the nose. Pineapple, bhang water, orange rind, cream and weed. Juicy and dank, then a smidge of piney bitterness, and maybe just a little boozier than it really had ought to be.
Feel is bright and juicy, medium bodied but with zippy, zesty carbonation makes it feel lighter even than that. A bit seltzer-like, for both better and worse.
Overall, a mighty damn fine NEDIPA. My only real critique - to the extent that it’s even really a critique - is that it was boozy enough, and pineappley enough, and zippy enough, that it came off sort of like a Chinese restaurant umbrella cocktail.

Purchased from the brewery 1/8/22
Four pack big cans
One hop only: Galaxy. Modest Man maximizes the Big NE hazy IPA's second to none. Extra complex hop flavors: pithy peach, bitter earthy pine, orange tang zest with the most exquisite mouth feel, smooth and velvety, super rich golden grainy malt is exactly the truth. Very proud to have this Brewery represent my home town spot.
