Easily one of the greatest NEIPA I've ever had, could drink this stuff forever, hopefully there will be more to be found soon as I'm almost out. A complete blast of flavors that check all my boxes. Love it.

[IMG] Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass, canned in the last couple weeks, sadly no date. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a half finger sticky white head that leaves a thick wall of lace, with nice retention. 4.5
Aroma is tangerine, papaya, mango, slightly dank marijuana, apricot, and a little grapefruit rind. 4.25
Taste follows tangerine, papaya, mango, again a little dank, apricot, and some white grapefruit in the bold and balanced finish. 4.5
Mouthfeel is a little above average, soft gentle creamy carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 7% it drinks bigger in body and flavor, but still goes down easy. 4.75
Overall I am really digging this single hop, Galaxy alone and used very well. Well done Modestman Brewing. 4.5

Purchased fresh cans directly from the brewery on day of release 1/27/22
Single hop: Galaxy, this is the litter brother of Iron Galaxy.
Hated out and golden of course. Creamy, thick, heady look.
Stone fruits, orange peel, cream and earthy grains all up in the nose.
A fresh, sharp hop bite happens first, then it's all creamy mouthfeel and earthy grainy complexity from the wonderful Galaxy hops.
I love single hop NEIPA's , let's you know exactly what's what with that hop. Flavor, feel, aromatics all stand out.
Candied Tangerine peel says the tasting notes on the can....spot on. Subtle dankness and a balanced finish. Right on.

From a 32oz growler, filled about 24 hours ago. Served in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours a hazy, dull orange with a scant two fingers of soft suds. Retention is very good, leaving a heavy, creamy cap and a thick curtain of lacing.
Nose is fresh and fruity. Pineapple for miles.
Taste follows the nose, sticky tropical fruit, principally pineapple but also an addictive sort of earthy peach skin grittiness that keeps sending me back for another sip.
Feel is juicy, clean and sharp, medium bodied and brightly carbonated. Spot-on to the style.
Overall, pretty much what you’d be hoping for from a Galaxy hopped NEIPA. There is a very minor kerosene aftertaste present but I am determinedly ignoring it because everything else is so right on.
