Very similar to it's little-bro-beer. This sauce is epic. Each of the hop varieties is noticeably playing their respective role. Truly delicious. Look great, smells great, tastes phenomenal. Crushable, clean finish. As with most beers from this brewer it's just on a whole 'notha level.

This is how I love my Modestman Brewing, with that amazing haze. Poured into a 16 oz Nordic glass canned recent I believe but not sure. Pours a hazy orange yellow with a half finger sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace with nice retention. 4.5
Aroma white grapes, honeydew, mandarin, peach, and apricot. 4.5
Taste follows honeydew, peach, mandarin, apricot, and the Nelson finishes with some buttery Chardonnay. 4.75
Mouthfeel is above average, soft gentle almost creamy carbonation, maybe a little dry, and at 8.5% ABV it is big on flavor but easy going down. 4.75
Overall I am loving this one. I love when Nelson is used proper and this one combined with Galaxy and Vic Secret is pretty special. 4.5

Tasting notes: Galaxy/Nelson/Vic Secret hops
Ripe Passion Fruit/Peach Flesh/Tangerine/dried Gooseberry/Allspice/smooth mouthfeel.
A fleshy, hazy, thick NE look. Soft gold and white toned orange color, smooth white cap leaves lace all over the place.
The aromatics are full of fresh hops, crushed lupilin sticky and leafy smell, like hops crushed right off the vine. Earthy spice with a combo of sweet and tangy bright fruit complexity.
An incredibly lush, smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Sharp, bitter edges with a dry, leafy feel as well. Very complex feel. As good as the style gets!
Earthy, dry, bitter hop flavors hit first, imagine picking a hop cone off the vine and crushing it in your hands, now lick your hands. There it is. Robust earthy spice kick, tangy Tangerine bite with a young peach puree undertone. Crazy complex and full of deliciousness.
Well, Modest Man continues to crush the hefty New England IPA styles. Highest grade stuff anywhere.
