Galaxy/Nelson/Vic Secret hops
{ Juicy tropical fruit/ Ripe Passion fruit/ Peach flesh/ Dried Gooseberry/ Allspice/ Full Rounded Mouthfeel}
Look: Soft and super hazy golds and yellow color, creamy liquid and white foam cap.
Nose: Freshly picked, sticky hop nuggets, husky, dank earth and spice. Sweet and creamy citrus.
Feel & Flavor: Soft, lush, super silky smooth feel with a dry, leafy, earthy kick at the end. Milky and silky hop flavor's: dry leafy earth, ripe orange, peppery spice kick, very fresh and deep hop complexity. Bitter earth and tang. Incredibly well rounded.
Overall: Modest Man makes the best feeling and most complex juicy New England IPA's on the planet. This one is no exception.

Superlatives fail me. This sauce is epic. Each of the hop varieties is noticeably playing their respective role. Truly delicious. Look great, smells great, tastes phenomenal. Crushable, clean finish. As with most beers from this brewer it's just on a whole 'notha level.
