Poured into a Rastal-type IPA glass. Pale yellow, super hazy and thick. Lots of white floaters - some of which sunk and some of which hung around in the viscous (dare I say luscious?) beer. Overripe peach, pineapple, guava, dank weed on the nose. Flavors oscillate between peach and pine, bitter finish. Serious gin and tonic notes occasionally - like juniper. Slick mouthfeel. I think between this one and Quality Control for the 3x DDH anniversary celebration beers, this one gets the edge. There’s a lot going on. Still my brewery pick for top notch NEIPAs that fly under the radar.

16oz undated can.

Pours cloudy yellow with an inch-plus head of white. Peach, pineapple, orange, mango in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Ripe tropicals on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Candied peach, clementines, pineapple, white grape. Finishes juicy and lush.

Modestman Brewing LLC

IPA - Imperial / Double New England /...

Sweet peach and creamy citrus aromatics. 3x dry hopped= bitter, leafy earthiness nestled within its golden, hazy cream of hoppiness. Tangy tangerine and silky tropicals lead to a fresh bite of more dry earth tones. Dank sour dry leaves is the Xfactor here.
Aroma is stench with freshly peeled clementines. Sweet and sour kick to the olfactory. Super smooth, lush feel. Creamy orange with a peppery zest. Incredibly heady.
