Served this American Brown Ale on tap at the brewery in a pint glass. Poured a dark brown color, produced a thin off white head. Very poor retention and it leaves zero lacing on the glass. The aroma is pleasant featuring coffee roasted malt and chocolate. Light in body this ale features roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. while the general flavor of this beer is decent, like all other Trailhead Beers this sorely lacks body. If you what a watered down, thin ale...this is Ur brew .

snow white head that dissipated rather quickly leaving little lacing down glass.
nice roasty chocolatey coffee aromas that seemed pleasant and inviting.
coffee roast malt and chocolate were again the big up front flavors with little hop bitterness and no hop aromas.
the brew was a bit thin on body
nothing to drive 50 miles for but not aweful
