Solid golden colored with excellent clarity. A fingernail of off white surrounds the rim and about half of the top. The aroma is dark bitter roasted coffee which seems surprising considering the color. The flavor is less intense than advertised by the nose. Plenty of dark bitter roasted coffee flavor with just a hint of chocolate. The mouth is dry and smooth.

Completely clear, golden colored brew...it has a white head, full and fluffy. The aroma is amazing...coffee, cocoa, malt...it has a complexity that is difficult to explain, but it is at once both subtle and strong. Well done. The taste is slightly malty, and the coffee/cocoa flavors really come forth in the flavor. Creamy mouthfeel, full in body. This is excellent!

Clear, golden color that looked like an IPA. The aroma is fantastic...strong coffee notes dominate the nose. Flavor is that delicious coffee with a light caramel backbone.

Poured from the bottle a bright clear gold with one finger of white head. Light lacing left behind.
Aroma of cocoa and coffee. It was expected but still strange to smell that in a blond ale.
The taste was more cocoa upfront than coffee but still a nice combination. Light white grape notes further back.
Light-to-medium bodied and a bit sticky with moderate carbonation.

Coffee......blonde? My first foray into this style. Slight coffee and vanilla notes on the nose. Picked up the same in taste, but not overpowering like many stouts. Very drinkable. Will seek this out again....
