Copper in color with a hazy complexion and no head on top. The aroma is of sweet apricots and pale wheat. The taste is a very delicate blend of sweet apricots and pale wheat. The mouth, while filled with carbonation bubbles erupting from within (not unlike a carbonated soda), is surprisingly quaffable.

Deep gold in color and cloudy. A lot of head and some lacing.
Smell is a mix of sour acid, apricots, and faint sweetness.
Taste is similar to the nose with acid, apricots, funk, and some citrus.
Mouthful is light and crisp with a bit a creaminess. Carbonation is medium to high. Finish is clean.
A extremely drinkable sour, so much so that the missus enjoyed it and she normally characterizes sours as "vomit". The balance here is what is remarkable. It is not overpowering in any which way. Nose and taste are great. Look and feel are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Lovely slightly hazy apricot color.
Nose of dried apricots.
Taste is still fresh--just the right amount of tart, some orange notes, and apricot.
Finish is more fruity than sour--and very clean.
Lots of carb visible at first but only present in mouth at the end. Surprisingly substantial body.
I love this one--so glad to see schlafly knock one out of the park! And a fruited Berliner at that! Take that, bu!

Shockingly good. Not complex but the aroma and flavor are the truest expression of an apricot I may have ever had in a beer. Close your eyes and you see the fruit in front of you. Feel is light and crisp, not excessively carbonated but a bit crackling.
