A very pale colour with short lived loose head but laces glass all the way down. Smells a little grassy, summer days in a park. Tastes very smooth, sweet & malty. Feels sticky and warming, not what I expected from such a light looking beer. Quaffable.

This beer pours a old golden color with a steady stream of carbonation and a fast collapsing head.

Smell is malty with a doughy smell and some biscuity and slightly husky whiffs.

Taste is fresh and sizzling, with a medium malt backbone, which has some honey and doughy charactaristics. There is not as much bitter as I expected and the usual German sulfuric yeast components are not present. Mouhfeel is slightly sticky and I more or less tastes more like a non-German pilsner to me.

Pale colour but not quite as pale as other Helles, clear with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma was Munich style malts with a hint of grass. Tasted Munich malts, slightly tart, finish was sharp and slightly grainy, hint of roasted malt at the very end. Well carbonated, crisp with a slightly coarse edge. Good refreshing hot weather beer but definitely not a Bock, it's a Helles.

Poured from fridge temp. Pours a nice golden yellow with quickly dissipating head. Quite transparent and bubbly. Nose is orange, pine, and oak. A bit of wheat and maybe a hint of lemon rind. Taste is really smooth. A tad sweet, which is nice. Great notes of wheat, orange, and a bit of spice. Some hay and barnyard notes, but really smooth overall. Nice dry and light mouthfeel.

Decent flavor, but a bit sour on the tail end. All the right notes for a helles, smells right , looks right, but aftertase is just a little off. Still refreshing on a summer’s day, but ther are better to be had

Yields a bright golden, completely filtered beer, with a small, white head on it, which immediately disappears.

Smells of young hay with a wet tang to it, together with soft white bread malts, rolled in rock sugar.

Has a lively, yet fuller mouthfeel, pleasantly smoothed out by the effervescent, refreshing finish.

Tastes of dried garden herbs, sugar sprinkeled white bread dough, and an uprising toffee malt sweetness. Malts define the finish, which does not turn overly sweet, due to a mineralic quality from the bubbly carbonation, toning it down to the level of the more subtle appearing hay.

Refreshing and well balanced, with an effective use of the higher carbonation level, which holds to the malts in balance while providing the beers bright and rustic character.
