Brewed in the style of an american pale ale with an awesome hop aroma. Dry hopped with bucket loads of our favorite hops to give our pale ale that extra kick. Golden in color, fresh and fruity flavor with a caramel malt backbone and light citrusy zest.

March 2015: Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Cloudy (end of bottle) pale golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of tropical fruits and citrus. Tolerable herbal and piney hops in the flavour, but not very exciting.

Cerveza de cuerpo y carbonatación media. Tiene una cabeza espumosa de dos dedos con buena retención. Aroma herbáceo y cítrico. En boca destaca mas el cítrico pero en una buena dosis.

Pours a cloudy orange color with a medium sized, stable head.
Smells of flowery citrus, together with a lighter note of oranges and caramel malts.
Has a light, refreshing body with well nuanced carbonation and a pleasantly bitter, balanced finish.
Tastes of an aqueous beginning, connecting with juicy lemon pulp, cake dough and a touch of toffee. Turns a little drier then with a slowly uprising toffee presence to it. Finishes with a prominent malt sweetness and a prickly lime note.
Well build, easy drinking with just enough hops on the tongue to convince as an old school pale.

Don’t pay a fortune for those craft beers from Germany. This one from a traditional Bavarian brewery does the job very well. Excellent APA. Easy to trink. Nicely hoppy with a lot of citrus for a reasonable price.

Pours an almost clear, pale golden amber coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of grainy, biscuity malt, citrus hops and some light earthy, herbal accents also coming through. Taste is a good balance of slightly grainy, biscuity malt and floral, citrus hops, with notes of tangerine, orange rind and lime peel, with just a hint of earthy, herbal accents as well. Finishes with a light bitterness and some grainy malt and floral, citrus hops lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This makes for a very enjoyable old school Pale Ale that actually reminds me a little of SNPA. Not exactly in your face with a huge body and hoppiness, but with a great, mellow balance of grainy, biscuity malt and floral, citrus hops instead. A very nice offering at a great price point, probably the best value for money in Germany right now.

Golden blonde, very clean. White foam, a bit scarce.
In the smell malt, biscuit notes, light citrus and some yellow peach in the back.
Biscuit malt in the taste again, tea notes, not too fresh. Some piney.
Drinkable, nothing exceptional.
