500 ml bottle, at Melkebaren, Sandnes. ABV is 7.5%. Stammwürze 19%. Mahogany colour, large to moderate head, slightly off-white. Malty aroma with plenty of caramel and brown rye bread. Very sweet and malty flavour, loads of caramel and rye bread, a discrete bitterness in the finish. Not bad, but a bit too sweet.

Pours a dark reddish brown with fine, tan head.
Smell is rich, sweet and malty with notes of raisins, cocoa, rye bread and dried fruit.
Taste is rich and sweet with a roasted edge. Notes of dried fruit, raisins, cocoa and coffee. Solid bitterness and some fruity hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Bock, well made with well hidden booze.

Dark brown with a tinge of red. One finger tan head. Malty aroma with toffee and dark fruits. Taste is fruity but with touch of liquorice and sweetness. Body is medium with light carbonation slightly sweet on the palate. I liked it enough but not one not the best DBs in my opinion de to a liquorice taste and a little too much sugar. But it's still pretty good.

Pours a very dark brown, almost black color with a huge, spongy beige head.
Smells of toasty toffee malts, licorice and a whiff of lighter caramel.
Drinks utmost soft, with a medium body, showcasing the silk richness in this perfectly.
Tastes of fudgy molasses with a glazed caramel note to it. Features a perfect amount of sweetness, balanced by roasted malts, amped up by a tingling spiciness. Finishes with a astonishing softness, bakers chocolate and additional molasses.
Great Bock, producing a fantastic depth of flavors, while exhibiting a fantastic smoothness.

One of the more chocolate-y Bocks. On the tongue it goes flat really quick and it needs more hop bitterniss to balance this thing out.
