On tap poured into a tall pilsner glass.

Pours dark brown with a thick off white head. Lots of bananas, clove, caramel in the nose. Great smelling beer. Taste follows the aroma very well, bannana, bubble gum, also clove in the taste. I have to say this thing is just plain great on tap, the creaminess is perfect, overall feel is medium and is drinkable as hell. I need to find this in bottles, if their in them. Very happy with this selection.

On-tap at Mission Dolores, Brooklyn, NY

A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving only a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bananas and wheat are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has a bit of sweetness along with additional hints of clove.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a rather tasty weizenbock that seems to have just enough banana flavors without being overpowering. The alcohol is also very well hidden from the taste.

Got a bottle from Top Hops, NYC
Dark brown color with a good head.
Quite flavorful. A lot of dark fruitiness. However, somewhat boozy at the end.
Overall, quite a good beer.

Poured a cloudy gold body with minimal head and lace.
Aroma is boozy and dark fruit laden with some yeast/wheat going on.
Smooth, medium bodied, like the fruit sweetness coming off of beer and there are hints of tropical fruits and spice (I'm also getting bananas in a weird citric spice twang).
Not an overly powerful dopplebock but deceptive at 8.5% and I really like the fruit sweetness in this beer.
