Pours a dark reddish brown with fine head.
Smell is malty and floralwith a little bit of sweetness. Notes of brown bread, rye, leather and hints of citrus and elderflower.
Taste is rich and malty with a bit of sweetness. Notes of florals, rye, citrus, leather and a bit of grass, with a soft but solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific dunkel, balanced and clean.
