This seems like it should be the light beer, as it was what you would expect from a micro-light. It reminded me somewhat of a Michelob.
It came to me a light golden color with a decent head that lingered then became a lacing.
The taste was crisp, with hints of hoppiness. They did use hops that made a refreshing aftertaste, but were nothing particularly flavorful. Overall, it was a bit thin, thirst-quenching, but nothing particularly catchy or substantial. If they sold this in bottles, I might buy some to sit by the pool in the summer with, or as a decent session beer. But, there was nothing very special about it in general.

Long Valley-Grist Mill Golden Ale

Appearance- Light Orange with no head.
Smell- BIg sweet honey and Citrus. Fruity smelling.
Taste- Orange rind and honey. Sweet and fruity.
Mouthfeel- Packed with a sweet fruity flavor. Not cloying.

Overall- A pleasent surprise. Easily drinkable and a solid flavor. A good mid level beer that won't offend.

Golden honey colored brew with a decent head that left pretty good lace in its wake. Also, the beer itself was extremely clear. Very creamy in the mouth. The beer had a very nice pale malt flavor and lively floral/citrus hops. I’m not sure what type, but they were certainly not the much overused Cascade. Hop bitterness was adequate for balance, but by no means was this a bitter beer. All things considered, this was an extremely gulpable, tasty session beer.
