Notes / Commercial Description:
Treat yourself to a rare delight. The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale.
Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery tasting room. Pours a deep, rich red with a creamy white head that has hints of pink. Lots of lace. Aroma is straight-up raspberry with a touch of raspberry jam thrown in. Taste is surprisingly sweet at first with tartness right behind. A little bit of earthy funk and a palate cleansing carbonation adds to the experience. Moutfeel is light and bubbly. Excellent.

Murky, dark ruby red nearing mahagony pour. Aroma consists of sweet raspberry as expected. Hints of tartness and graham cracker crust in the background. Following the nose well, the taste is very similar. Hints of graham cracker crust and a raspberry forward, oaky finish. Mouthfeel is slippery and smooth, quite sweet and doesn't finish dry. Nothing overly complex, just a good solid fruited beer.
