Poured into a standard pint glass.

A: A nice golden/yellow pour. A decent head, nothing special. Carbonation looks good. The head sticks around for awhile, and leaves a nice lace on the glass (once again, nothing special).

S: You can definitely pick up the citrus. Hints of the malt/corn. There isn't a huge aroma, but what you get definitely makes you want to take a sip.

T: Here's where we get to the downside of the beer. The taste in your mouth is quality. The citrus and malt make their way through, and the slight hops is a good balance. The aftertaste? Well, lets just say it makes you want to take another drink.

MF: Left a bit to be desired. The carbonation that I saw after pouring was absent after the first couple of sips. Thicker than I would expect by the pour, but still extremely light overall.

O: Split it down the middle. 3.5/5.

It is a nice 75 degrees in September in Chicago. Time for this fib to crack a bottle from the north.

A: yellow straw color. large creamy white head fades quickly, leaving little dimples of lacing here and there on the edge.

S: there is corn and a light tart lactic note. the ale yeast brings some lemon to the party. this is similar to a pilsner, but slightly more sour.

T: malt, buttered creamed corn. this is fairly ho-hum, but typical to style

M: dry finish, well carbonated, quick drinker
