Appearance: Pours a dar brown, nearly black, dark color with a strong, tan head. SRM of 20. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of rich chocolate, bittersweet English cocoa, some Irish cream and lactose. English, cocoa, and chocolate finish. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavors of chocolate, cocoa, cocoa, puff cereal. Some English cocoa, and Irish cream. More chocolate on the finish. Mildly sweet with a mild roast. (3.75)
Feel: Medium to heavier body, appropriate, carbonation, soft, smooth, and sweet. (3.75)
Compared to Dangerous Man Chocolate Milk Stout 1/2024: Pours similar, lighter head. Stronger aromas. More rich English cocoa and chocolate. Less Irish coffee, roast, vanilla, and lactose.
Overall: Not clear on the ABV, but drinks slightly more rich and sweet. Nice English cocoa and chocoalte flavors. Sweet, but still a mild roast. Wish they'd put an ABV on this. There's two listings for this beer. A Chocolate Stout and a Milk Stout. And this is the Chocolate Milk Stout so not sure which this falls under. Very enjoyable. (Rating: 3.83)

A: Pours a dark chocolate brown, not quite black. Good sized brown head with decent retention and substantial lacing.
S: Lots of dark chocolate with a little bit of creaminess.
T: Oh yeah. Classic milk stout. A bit toasty up front with some light char and milk chocolate. Sweet and creamy in the middle. Aftertaste is burnt toast and cocoa.
M: Lighter bodied, creamy and smooth.
O: Nice traditional milk stout, can't go wrong.

I feel like being a brewery in Wisconsin dictates that you make a good milk stout. This offering is a prime example of the style, with roasted and robust notes giving way to a light creamy body and chocolate malt. The smell reminds me of cow tail candies with coffee, delicious!
