Pours cloudy pale yellow with big foamy white head. Smell - wheat, lemon, some banana, sourness all the way through. A bit spicy, interesting aroma. Taste - cloves and spices upfront, followed by fruitiness (banana, orange, lemon, sour pear). Slightly bitter aftertaste. Very complex, very different. Nice level of carbonation, it's a bit off balance, but I think it benefits the beer with an uniquiness and character. Very rich. I wouldn't drink a lot of it, but it's still faitly drinkable.

Attractive yellow buzz and glow, plenty of wheat particles floating around, over an inch of head. Aroma dropped tons of hops, citrus in nature, domestic.
Taste was a complex array of pepper, wheat, perhaps an American and Belgian or German yeast style contributing both pepper and banana flavors. Lots of citrus from the hops. Malt toasting still brings an earthy wheat component to it. One of the more unique and awesome hefeweizens, totally high hopped for style, definitely an American take on it
