Toasty, creamy blonde lager, comes off like a super helles. There's a sweet note, but a balanced finish. I get a small touch of apple and very mild earthy hops. It's refreshing yet a bit warming thanks to 6%. Overall a subtle but fun beer.

honey colored, with a thin head.

floral honey and hops aroma with some graininess. smells a bit like spring, which i suppose works on a winter's day.

honey and malt in the taste, but not much else. kind of one note here.

medium body and clean.

i wouldn't go out of my way to find this one, but i'll drink the 6 i have and be ok with it.

Appearance is crystal clear and golden. Proper head on it. The smell is biscuity and honey. The taste follows suit, with not only honey but a GOOD honey flavor. This wasn't cheap honey that went in here. There is just enough bitterness from the hops to balance the beer and make it go with just about any dish (trust me, I've been trying many food pairings. So far all have worked.) The feel is drinkable, smooth. It is medium bodied. Perfect level of carbonation. Overall, I'm in love. Maybe it's just the Wisconsin winter talking, but this beer is really spot on from Dan.

Clear gold colour, smells like light, sweet honey and malts. Tastes like sweet malts and a bit of honey upfront, with a stronger honey finish. A nice, clean honey lager.

The totally naked for the winter season, a great refreshing beer that has enough body to keep you warm during the winter, and has the hint of honey, and great as it goes all the way down.
