Thanks to paco1029384757 for a new New Glarus beer for me to try.

Pours a huge 2+ finger head that bulges over the top of the glass, fluffy, with a bit of lacing as it slowly fades, over crystal clear pale golden colored beer.

Nose has some nice fresh hops, bit spicy, bit citrus, some fresh grapefruit and bit of tropical fruit, I wanna say Simcoe, Citrus, maybe Centennial hops, great hops, and pretty much no malt behind it.

Taste brings more nice hops, more fresh topical fruit, mango, papaya, pineapple, some light citrus, touch spicy hops. It's quite juicy and smooth, very light malt profile to give it a slight sweetness to help try and balance the myriad of hop flavors. There is a decent amount of bitterness, that ramps a bit as it goes and gets fairly bitter on the finish. Some light spicy hops help to finish it with more tropical fruit, and a bit drier.

mouth is med to maybe a bit lighter bodied, good carb.

Overall it's a great APA, almost IPA level but not quite since it's not super bitter. Great tropical fruits, nice aromas, just enough sweetness, perhaps a touch more body would help, but otherwise very nice.
