Notes / Commercial Description:
Severe Drought, we shared the farmer’s horror as Wisconsin’s cherry crop failed! Dan bought what cherries he could. The Apple crop fared better. Then joy! A grand Wisconsin cranberry harvest. What will Dan brew with Apples, Cranberries and Cherries? Oh my! You hold the happy accident of Wisconsin’s favorite fruit aged in oak with an almost magical wild fermentation. Serendipity is a wondrous celebration that sparkles your senses and dances across your palate. A kaleidoscope of flavor discovered by accident in a sour ale!

Cheers to the unexpected.

Bottled 3/31/18; drank 4/21/18 @ the Yarchives.

See-through purple/red appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.

A rough pour yielded a small off-white head; decent lace.

Cherry, cranberry & candied sugar notes in the nose; a bit of a Luden's cough drop vibe.

Sticky medium mouthfeel.

Cherry soda & mildly tart cranberry flavors up front; candied sugar notes on the finish.

A bit syrup-y & candy like; however, it's an indulgent once in a while treat.

Pours a darker red color. The head is slightly red, 2 finger, frothy, with nice lacing. Retention is fairly good.
The nose is very fruity. Cherries, cranberries. Slightly tart smelling, at the same time, slightly sweet.
Taste - really pleasing. A smooth fruity flavor. Yes, I get the cranberries, cherries and apples advertised. The apple seems to come in on the back, where the other 2 are more up front. There's a slight tartness to it, but also a sweetness that balances it out well.
The body is a lot more full than I'd expect from the ABV. There's also a nice carbonation feel to this beer.
Solid beer, and I highly recommend that all BAs try it at least once. Well worth it.

Joy. Absolute bliss. Here goes:

A: Clear but dark red - like cranberry juice. Can see through to the other side. Head is a massive red that leaves a ton of lacing.

S: Delicious. Lots of sour apples, cranberries, and pomegranate. Delightful.

T: Follows the nose. Emphasis on sour applies and cranberries - very sour. Excellent.

F: Refreshing.

O: A great find. Will have again.

This beer pours a bright ruby with a small head. The aroma is deeply fruity, with a huge does of cranberry, with the apple following soon after and just a hint of cherry. The flavor starts sweet and ends very tart, with the apple and cranberry notes dominating, and the cherry around the edges, as well as notes of caramel and brown sugar. The mouthfeel is rather thick with tame carbonation. Overall this is an undeniably delicious dessert beer - perhaps a touch too sweet, but very deep and intense in flavor.

Pours a nice light maroon color with just a touch of white head. Smell is cherry and cranberry, very fresh. The taste is similar. I taste cranberry and cherry on the front and apple on the back. It's medium feel, very smooth and easy to drink. Overall a very nice beer. The sour dissipated as I continued to drink.

Thanks to JBowenGeorgia for this one. 12oz bottle poured into 12oz tulip. Poured a lovely red color, that was clear and clean, and had about 1/8 inch of barely off-white head that quickly dissipated, and left no lace.

The aroma was a lovely blast of cherry and cranberry, with a hint of apple underneath. No real grain scent.

Very similar on the tongue, a vivid melding of fruit flavors.

The body was light, a bit sticky, and had a semi-sweet finish.

Drinkability was awesome, I could drink the hell out of these on the regular. Overall, another great brew from NG. A must-hit if you see it.

Quite a concoction, bursting with fruit flavors and sweetness. The cranberries add a needed counterpoint of tartness to what otherwise might have gotten out of hand. I don't think I'd call it a sour, whether "wild" or not. But it straddles the line between beer and cider, flavor-wise, and in a totally good way.

This beer is da bombz. Spend the cash to try this and it will like Trump, make your beer tasting experience great again.

Lightly effervescent, it imparts a slightly sweet undertone over a tempo of allegro sour notes. The refreshing coolness of the cherry chords offsets against the wooden intensity of the oak barrels.

A must try.

A: Dark Wheat pour with little head retention yet, lacing that lasts until the end of the bottle. Turns into a ruby magenta haze after second pour.
S: Apples, Sour Cherries, red fruit.
T: Apples, Cranberries, and a dry sour cherry finish.
Mf: Light and silky. Smooth ass finish. Deadly.
O: A fine ass ale. Legitimately better than your mom’s Apple pie. Not my moms tho but ya get it.
