Notes / Commercial Description:
Severe Drought, we shared the farmer’s horror as Wisconsin’s cherry crop failed! Dan bought what cherries he could. The Apple crop fared better. Then joy! A grand Wisconsin cranberry harvest. What will Dan brew with Apples, Cranberries and Cherries? Oh my! You hold the happy accident of Wisconsin’s favorite fruit aged in oak with an almost magical wild fermentation. Serendipity is a wondrous celebration that sparkles your senses and dances across your palate. A kaleidoscope of flavor discovered by accident in a sour ale!

Cheers to the unexpected.

Wow! There it is - perfection in a bottle. The aroma was tantalizing when I opened the bottle and upon sniffing the brew in the glass ' ho ho! Such volatile perfumey scents of apples, cherries and flowers. Flavor is an amazing blend similar to nose but with the added dimensions of perfectly balanced sweet/tat, perhaps hint of yeast. Superb finish. Damn this stuff is good.

Pours a hazy, ruddy brown color. One inch head of an off-tan color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of strong cherry, apple, slight sugar, sweet malt, and slight bacterial funk. Fits the style of a Fruit / Vegetable Beer. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of apple, cherry, slight sweet malt, and slight bacterial funk. Overall, good fresh fruit in aroma and body.

Well, well, well. This was one glorious drink. And if the narrative is true, then somebody caught lightning in a bottle. Pours a deep, dark burgundy in color. Aroma is a cacophony of fruit. Cranberry, cherry, and maybe even pomegranate. Taste is full and fruity. Tart and crisp that moves toward a buttery mouthfeel. But the fruits really shine, varying from tart raspberry, cherry, cranberry, some sweet apple, and an elusive hint of spice. Mouthfeel is almost buttery, silky, awesome. Slight carbonation stays active. Overall, it's stunning.

Smell: tons of sweet red apple cranberries slight tart cherry some woody funk
Taste: my god there fruit beers are awesome! right upfront your smacked with that sweet crisp red apple middle of the mouth slightly tart cherries cranberry juice cinamon apple sauce. finishes with a nice juicy fruity sweetness slight hint of raspberry and a little bit of oakiness.
Feel: I'm amazed on how awesome the bodies are on thesse 4 percent fruit beers medium to full body. Very dry in the finish.
Overall: another world class fruit beer from new glarus. Not as tart as raspberry tart but more complex. I love it!
