Alcohol by volume (ABV): 4.00%

Notes / Commercial Description:
Severe Drought, we shared the farmer’s horror as Wisconsin’s cherry crop failed! Dan bought what cherries he could. The Apple crop fared better. Then joy! A grand Wisconsin cranberry harvest. What will Dan brew with Apples, Cranberries and Cherries? Oh my! You hold the happy accident of Wisconsin’s favorite fruit aged in oak with an almost magical wild fermentation. Serendipity is a wondrous celebration that sparkles your senses and dances across your palate. A kaleidoscope of flavor discovered by accident in a sour ale!

Cheers to the unexpected.

Smell: tons of sweet red apple cranberries slight tart cherry some woody funk
Taste: my god there fruit beers are awesome! right upfront your smacked with that sweet crisp red apple middle of the mouth slightly tart cherries cranberry juice cinamon apple sauce. finishes with a nice juicy fruity sweetness slight hint of raspberry and a little bit of oakiness.
Feel: I'm amazed on how awesome the bodies are on thesse 4 percent fruit beers medium to full body. Very dry in the finish.
Overall: another world class fruit beer from new glarus. Not as tart as raspberry tart but more complex. I love it!

Nose and flavor profile here are amazing. Some much complexity for a low ABV fruit beer. All the fruit flavors bounce off each other in a good way with a nice bit of oak and funky tartness here to bring this together. Fantastic beer - would love to have again

This beer pours a very deep garnet color, a couple shades darker than cranberry juice, with a fizzy brownish head that dissipates almost immediately. The smell is very strong Fuji apples, complimented by tart cranberry and just a touch of cherry. Taste is the same with some oak on the finish. The sweet and tart compliment each other wonderfully. Feel is light as well as the carbonation. I wish it was a bit more fizzy actually. Overall a very good beer. I wish it was a bit more tart, but it is still delicious.
