A: Medium brown color, unable to see all the way through. Minimal lacing, barely any head. Taking a sip activates the carbon dioxide enough to get a little fizzle every sip.
S:?
T: Slight bitterness with a little sweetness behind it.
M: A little something there that's let you know there's alcohol in there. It good.
O: Glad I tried it, good beer for a hot day.

An ESB that fits the style nicely in almost every respect. You know what you're getting when you order this ale. A deep copper/amber color with thin head and delicate lacing. Rich malty aroma. Flavor starts mild and smooth then rounds the bend to hop town. The subtle toasted malt touched with a brown sugar sweetness is balanced by floral and herbal hop bite.

Smooth mouthfeel with just the right amount of carbonation. Seemingly sessionable but for the 6 percent abv. I could certainly make this my regular beer if I were a regular here.

was servered a glass of deep copper colored beer with no head and very little carbonation.
the aroma is very malty, bit of sweet carmelized malt, hopsack.
the flavor was malty with a firm bitterness, good hop flavor spicy but drops off to a linering malty hopsack on your tongue.

Poring at 5.7% ABV. Carries a copper color with a small head and light on carbonation, all to style. Nose has some hop present but sample was too cold to elaborate. Dry and bitter intro to the flavor changes to a nice sweetness. This is then capped off by a long dry aftertaste. This is a nice beer.
