Poured on tap at the brewery.
Cloudy in appearance with a nice cream looking off white head. Nice simple light gold body. Looks perfectly good.
Muted in smell but a nice simple light lemon sour.
Taste is very berlinerweisse in style but a little more fun. Simple lemon but also a feel of prickly schapps. I don't find this in the palate particularly tout or sour, but also brings a more breadier punch on the swallow. Texture is nicely light/medium bodied with just a good carbonation.
Overall this was alright for me for my first Gose style, I'll have to try more of this style sometime.

Bottle from the source
Pours a lightly hazy deep straw color with a huge bubbly white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aromas of spiced bread with some earth salty hints and some yeast derived phenols. Salty spicy bread with hints of lemon and a bit of spicy earthy yeast character. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation. Might be a bit salty for my tastes, but it sure did disappear rather quickly.

Appearance:
The beer pours a pale golden straw. The head is white and lasts quite a while.
Smell:
A strong scent of coriander but not overwhelming. A smell of what appears to be pare with an undercurrent of orange exists.
Taste:
Delicious. The coriander dominates most of the pallet but it doesn't destroy it and works well the orange flavor and slight hop taste. Additionally, the salt does wonders for the aftertaste. Regarding the salt, as the beer warms, the salt becomes more noticeable and compliments the coriander very well.
Mouthfeel:
Light bodied bordering on medium bodied with very little carbonation that is almost unnoticeable. The beer itself feels very smooth and goes down quickly.
Overall:
A damn fine Gose. I can't help but feel refreshed after finishing the growler at the end of a very hot day. My only criticism is that I have to go all the way during early summer to NH to get it.
