Poured a 341-ml bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance - cloudy, flourescent yellow beer with thin, evenly foamed head with foamy lacing sloping up the sides.
Smell - very floral and citrusy, with fresh leaves and spices dancing around together. Fully aromatic with the images of spring flowers immediately coming to mind.
Taste - nice even bitterness right from the start, breaking to offer some citrus spice and then back to the tart wheat and hop bitters. Not the weighty wheat flavour typical of the style, obviously brewed lighter to have a much fresher and more refreshing effect.
Mouthfeel - pretty balanced and decent complexity. Crisp enough to be refreshing as well.
Drinkability - this is a good beer. A lot of white beers have been brought out lately, it's like it's the in-thing. I'm not slamming the style but a lot of the new products are weaker offerings, a "me too" approach from many breweries. This product is pretty authentic and more on its own, which is a plus as far as I'm concerned. I'm going to have another when I'm done this one.

On tap at Sacrifice Quebec. Pale gold slight hazy with head. Mild spicy coriander and orange with way too much diacetyl. Sweet orange and butterscotch with mild spicy sweet butterscotch finish. Medium body slick. Meh.

-hazy pale bottle pour with a light foam cap and lightly herbaceous nose with a touch of lemon. The flavor is lemony, but slight. This is a light-bodied Blanche without strong flavor.

The appearance was a slight yellow pale semi-cloudy color with a small quickly dissipating cap of a head. Barely any lace.
The aroma had some sweet Belgian wheaty/yeasty whiffs rolling into some stoned earthy spice. Subtle grassiness and banana on the back end.
The flavor leaned into a sweet blend of all of the prior mentioned aromas and had that earthy spice flowing in underneath. Wheaty aftertaste with some Belgian influence.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. Crisp wheaty Belgian sweet finish.
Overall, seems to be lacking in some aspects of a great witbier. Me, only again if fresher.

Pours to yield a cloudy, pale yellow/straw-like body with a decent amount of soapy white head that quickly dissipates to a film. The aroma is heavily spiced with cardamom, cumin, and some masala, followed by a lemony tone supported by heavy wheat malt. The taste has a continued odd Indian style spiciness, with a light tartness and moderately malty body following suit. The oats here add a superb creamy and velvety texture to the beer. Overall it is very different and not something I would immediately spring for, but it is definitely something that I am glad to have tried, and I commend this brewery for there attempts to experiment so much here.

Draught: This one pours an opaque light golden color. There was a thin white head that left some lacing. The nose is good. Wheat, coriander, lemon and a light spice. The taste is good. Wheat, a bit malty, some lemon and spices.

Purchased as part of a mixed 12pk for $15.00 plus deposit and taxes. Served at 4deg C in a draught glass.
A- Opens well and pours a 2" high white head that lasts for 4-5mins before film out. Light translucent gold colour and unfiltered
S- Metallic. Lemon
T- Yeasty good. Touch metallic. Has an artificial edge to it. Not a very good blend. Has a lemon flavor instead of the coriander I was expecting.
M- Dry and tart
O- Not best blend but it's ok. Will not seek it out but will drink it if nothing else is around
Food Pairing
This ok brew went ok with........ Salty crackers. Just to bite through the metallic taste.
Enjoy

Appearance - Poured from a 341 ml bottle into a 16 oz bar glass. 2 fingers white head, murky straw color. some sediment, I believe this beer is bottle conditioned but it may just be because its sat in my fridge for 6 weeks. its supposed to be fresh until the middle of december though.
Aroma - Cereal grain, wheat, lemon, orange peel, honey.
Taste - peppery spice, wheat zest, some citrus in the background.
Feel - This one has a light watery body, carbonation is on point but not overbearing.
Overall - On a nice summer day if someone offered me this or an AAL I would take this. Will I buy it again though probably not. It just doesnt stack up to other witbiers of the same price point, I mean for this money Ill get a 6 pack of blanche de Chambly and its fantastic.
