A Munich Style Helles, and the second of two collaboration beers we brewed with our friends at Amor Artis Brewing . Made with imported heirloom barley and traditional German hops, this crisp yet delicate beer features a light crackery malt profile supported by the herbal/floral qualities of Mittelfrüh hops. Meant to be drank in quantity, it will be a Cold Day in Helles if you can have just one!
