Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. In the aroma, lemon peel and small spices. In the taste, a small spice, and a light lemon citrus rind. A spice like bite and a lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a small dry spice to a clean aftertaste. Light and refreshing, interesting and different too.

Ontap at the brewery. OG 14 IBU 10 ABV 5.5%
Brewed without hops, some orange and lemon peel and some odd grain concoction.
Appearance: Gold in color, perfectly clear. Small off white head forms and fades away quickly.
Smell: Oddly earthy. Lavander, spice, lemon and pepper.
Taste: Lemony with a bright citrus presence, some grassyness, light spice and orange peel on the back. Earthy citrus flavors dominate the flavor profile, also a bit sweet. Very different and certainly like no other brew I've tried.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with crisp carbonation.
Overall: A strange brew but also somewhat refreshing. On a hot summer day this could be a nice beverage. Not sure what to make of it but I'm glad I got to try it.
