Pretty great west coast style IPA across the board. Pours a nice clear golden color with good head, moderate retention and great lacing. The nose is really pungent with hop and fruit flavors that mix in a good way. Taste follows with a hint of tropical fruit upfront followed by a very pronounced hop bitterness that lingers substantially but in a pleasant way. Mouthfeel is very luscious, thick and sticky. Solid beer if gotten on tap.

A-Aroma had pleasant piney and citrus hints hints
T-The taste follows the nose with piney and citrus flavors
M-A medium bodied moderately carbonated beer
O-A good summer IPA

This is a very good IPA with lots of fruity and piney notes and a well balanced flavor profile. Very thick body and a late bitterness that is very enjoyable. A great beer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

12/6/17...pours medium light gold with 1/4 inch white foam layer. Oily resin filled nose. Grassy and natural. Full fledged juicy flowing bitter flavor. Bright floral and citrus tastes abound. Closes with pine. Cheery IPA>

on tap at the west chester iron hill this afternoon.

arrived at the table in a pint glass, golden yellow slightly hazy body, small but persistent white head, okay lacing.

slightly sweet aroma, hoppy as well.

good solid ipa taste, mix of hops and malt, hops slightly winning out.

mouth around medium, a bit livelier than the previous citra ipa. nicely balanced finish.

overall, pretty nice offering from this brewpub chain.
