Had on tap at Brews by the Bay. Collaborative beer between Delaware brewers.

A: Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a small white head, moderate retention, and random lacing.

S: Assertive grassy hops, some lemon, lemon peel, a little orange zest, and some spices, mostly coriander.

T: Like the nose, the Sorachi Ace hops give a very nice bitter bite on the flavor profile. The flavor profile is grassy with citrus, mostly lemon and orange zest. There is a little bit of coriander on the back end.

M: Light to medium bodied with active carbonation. Easy drinking.

O: A nice beer, great on a hot day. Hopefully the first of many Delaware collaborative brews.

A-cloudy gold with a sticky white head

S-smells like fresh spices, citrus, and grains. Slightly hoppy. Odd scent, good scent, Complex scent.

T-comes in with mostly a taste of Belgian white malts and citrus. Faint taste. Not so hoppy. Somewhat bitter.

M-medium to high carbonation with a dry finish

O-I was hoping for a really hoppy witbier, but it came out drinking more like an unbalanced amateur witbier. it wasn't good.

12oz. Served on tap in Wilmington Summer '12. Collabo beer with DE Brewers Guild etc. Served in an unmarked Iron Hill goblet glass.

A: Slight cloudy bright yellow color. About a quarter finger of bright white head. Good carbonation. Bubbles streaming up the sides. As the beer sits, it clears a bit more. Still a little hazy.

S: Belgian spice: coriander, clove, orange peel. Citrus hops. Some banana.

T: Not a ton of bitterness on the tip of the tongue. You do get a bite of bright citrus hops. Lemony. In the middle, that Belgian character takes over. I get the spice and clove and banana. It's actually more Wit than IPA. Crisp clean finish.

M: Light to medium bodied. ABV hidden nicely.
