Dragon's Breath is a Dark Wheat Hefeweizen, otherwise known as a Dunkelweizen. It is mild in taste, unfiltered, and moderately hopped with Hallertauer Perle hops, cold fermented eliminating any harsh aftertaste. This award winning Bavarian classic was brought to America by our German Brewmaster Jurgen.

12 oz Bottle. Dark brown pour, cloudy, thick foamy head subsides. Nutty, toasty aroma. Toasty dark malts, light sweetness, bready, yeasty. Right on target.

This is copied from my Untapped review with some edits. 3.75 rating.
Dark amber pour from the bottle with a tan head.
Hints of caramel malts on the nose.
Flavor is caramel biscuit. The flavor lingers with a bit of bitterness on the backside.
Decent Body.
This is a good beer.

Pours a dark brown, but not a stout/porter like viscosity to it. An off white almost seeing yellow creep into the head 1/5". Aroma was some scorched wheat, kind of reminded me of that FFF beer that torched their shit. Aroma hits the normal clove and spice rack hefeweizen yeast feels, so I can kinda vouch for them in that way beyond the scorching aspect.
Taste was a hodge podge of feels, one mans complexity is another man's bunch of conflicting shit. Dark beer and bananas, clove, lemon, heavily roasted moderately bitter wheat. Found the alcohol to be quite pervasive and hot throughout. Drinks like its 10%. You like caramel apples? This was like toffee apple.
The commercial tug job is hilariously untrue. Cold filtered to eliminate any harshness? WRONG. This shit burns. I'm not telling you not to try it. It does have some uniqueness going for it, but its prolly the kind you try once, and go "oh well, that was different, but for my next beer, I'd also like to try something different."

The bottle's notch is in between March and April. It's been a long time since I've seen a brewer use the notch system. I saw cans and bottles of their beers..make up your mind, already. Lol.
A dark hefeweizen, eh? Looks like clear dark mahogany, slightly off white head of foam, decent lacing.
Smells of cloves and bananas, the former being bolder. Light sweetness, heck, the overall smell is on the light side. At 6%abv, I thought that the smell would be bolder. I let the bottle warm up. ..
The flavours are equally as non assertive. Bummer. I don't detect any flaws, it is just bland to my taste buds. There's a little bit of roast that I get, hence the dark Hefeweizen moniker, but I still don't get the reasoning behind why the brewery chose to go there. Oh well.
The mouthfeel is just fine.
I bought the bottle as a single and I'm glad I did. I have no interest in drinking it again.

Beautiful amber colour, great head and good lacing. Very beautiful.
Flavor wise; bananas are low in the mix, cloves punch through the haze, and then the sweet malts settles in and it is good. Carbonation is medium and great.
Very, very good !
