This bright and bubbly blond ale is pale and crisp with crackery Pilsner malt over subtle kisses of pear and citrus from the Belgian yeast. Man, this beer is pretty.

This beer pours somewhere between golden and amber colored. The head is quite thick - 3 finger - and off white colored. The retention is decent, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass.
The aroma is grassy and grainy smelling. The malts seem slightly roasted smelling.
Taste - It is grassy and earthy tasting. There's a bit of sweetness up front. The sweetness is almost like eating an apple. That apple turns quite bitter on the backside. This bitterness isn't really pleasing at all.
The body is decent, and not watery. That bitter flavor does coat my throat, and just doesn't feel right at all.
I know what they were trying to do here, however, it needs some work.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Cloudy, pale amber colored body. Thin off white head settles back to a partial cap.
Aroma is lightly toasted malts and bright, fruity esters.
Taste is distorted pear, which extends into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Very good carbonation.
This beer allows itself for improvement.
