(Served in a strange)

A- This beer pours a lumpy light tan head that last and last with a dense black body with a few random bubbles trailing up the side of the glass.

S- The aroma of chocolate malt with some roasted black malt has a bit of dark nougat melanoidin in the finish as the beer opens up.

T- The crisp clean flavor of good chocolate roasted malt has a nice lagered quality and a bit of bitterness in the darker roasted finish. The bitterness is still lagered and clean.

M- The medium mouthfeel has a gentle fizz in the finish with no alcohol heat noticed.

O- This is pretty full flavored and chocolatey for a schwarz but it is still nice to drink and goes down very smooth.
