Inspired by the rich orange and pine aroma of the Concolor Fir we brewed and dry “hopped” this pale ale with fir tips from Sycamore Hollow Tree Farm. Small additions of Comet from Auburn Acres enhance the fir notes and help balance the sweetness of the malt.
