A: Cloudy with a fair amount of rising carbonation. brownish amber in color with a slight reddish hue, head dissipated after a minute.
S: A mild to moderately sweet, banana, slightly heavy hefeweizen. Pretty damn great.
T: Alcohol is more present in the taste, banananess disappears, more bitter and sour. Okay.
M: Very mild carbonation, fairly unremarkable.
O: Okay, a drinkable dunkel.
