16 oz pint on draft at the Great Lost Bear in Portland, ME.

A: Pours a translucent copper with straw highlights. Absolutely no head, absolutely no lacing.

S: Faint strawberry, subdued malts. A small bit of grassy hops. Pleasant, but extremely subtle.

T: Juicy malts transition into a strong Ringwood presence. Sweet, but not cloying. Little to no hop presence; mostly butterscotch, really.

M: Extremely thin, despite exhibiting medium-high carbonation.

O: This was described as an anniversary beer. At $2.99 for a pint, it doesn't hurt, and is extremely drinkable given its lack of body. Still, far from noteworthy in any way, shape or form.

Avoid.
