I blind tasted this one during a tasting session in the Mug (a pub in Middelburg, the Netherlands).
A - A nice brown beer with a small white head.
S - Sweet and malty
T - Malty, light bitter and sweet.
M - Medium carbonation and a bitter finish.
O - Something different, not so special but it drinks away nicely.

Chestnut with some lighter orange on the top and sides. Foam is beige, light but sticky, and never falls all the way to the liquid level. Retention and lacing show excellent attenuation.
As sometimes happens with a good lid of foam, the nose is harder to appreciate. Clean with some dark fruit and peppers. Dry and earthy.
Minimal step up in the flavor. Much richer than most non-German versions of the dark malt classic, but the fruitiness is very restrained and a metallic carbonated edge slightly prevalent. Body is firm and smooth.
Basically well brewed but the recipe seems light to me.
