Malt base is made up of local MN pilsner and European Golden Promise, with touches of local MN White Wheat and Dextrin malts.
Bravo, Citra, and Eureka hops were added to the kettle, with the trio of Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe were utilized for dry hopping. Chico yeast.
Bold notes of citrus, pine and floral blend with small tropical tones with a pleasant lingering bitterness.
